Nidecker guarantees all products sold by Nidecker Authorized Dealers to be free of defects in material or craftsmanship for a limited period (see below) from the date of purchase. If a product is found to be defective, Nidecker's responsibility shall be limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product. Nidecker will not be responsible for any costs, losses or damages incurred as a result of the defective product.

1. Product must be within the warranty period. See below for the warranty period for each product category.

2. All claims must include a proof of purchase that clearly identifies the Dealer and purchase date. If proof of purchase cannot be provided, Nidecker will use the manufacturing date as the start of the warranty period.

3. Warranties apply only to Nidecker products purchased from Authorized Nidecker Dealers and are valid for the original buyer only. Please carefully read our warranty documentation to verify your product is eligible for warranty consideration.

Product Purchased From Authorized Nidecker Dealer: Defective product purchased from a Nidecker Dealer must be returned to the point of purchase. The Dealer will submit your warranty claim and arrange replacement or refund if claim is accepted.

If you have purchased your product in a different country than the one in which you are currently living, and are unable to submit a claim to the shop where you bought it, please contact us here. If the warranty claim is accepted, a flat fee will be charged to cover the international economy rate shipping of the product to your address. If the warranty claim is accepted, a flat fee will be charged to cover shipping & duties from our EU warehouse. EUROPE: 30€ for boards, 15€ for boots/bindings. NORTH AMERICA: 60USD board, 35USD boots/bindings. WORLDWIDE: 90USD board, 50USD boots/bindings.

Product Purchased From Authorized Nidecker Online Dealer: Contact customer service at the online Dealer where you bought the item. The online Dealer will submit your warranty claim and arrange replacement or refund if claim is accepted.

Product Purchased From www.nidecker.com: You will need your order number from Nidecker.com for your request to be treated. For snowboards or softgoods, please fill in the form here.

Product Purchased On Ebay, Craigslist, etc. Sorry, products purchased online from non-authorized Nidecker Dealers are not covered by warranty. If the eBay or Craigslist seller you bought the item from is an official Dealer then please contact them to treat your claim.

Nidecker Limited Warranty For Snowboards: Nidecker guarantees all snowboards and snowsurfs from season 2017/18 and earlier to be free from defects in materials and craftsmanship for a period of one (1) year or the or the minimum legal in the country of purchase from the original date of purchase at a Nidecker Authorized Dealer.

Nidecker guarantees all snowboards and snowsurfs from season 2018/19 and later to be free from defects in materials and craftsmanship for a period of two (2) years (extendable to three (3) years upon registration of product) from the original date of purchase at a Nidecker Authorized Dealer.

Nidecker Limited Warranty For Boots & Bindings Nidecker guarantees all boots and bindings to be free from defects in materials and craftsmanship for a period of one (1) year or the or the minimum legal in the country of purchase from the original date of purchase at a Nidecker Authorized Dealer.

Nidecker Limited Warranty For Stand Up Paddle: Nidecker guarantees all stand up paddle to be free from defects in materials and craftsmanship for a period of two (2) years or the minimum legal in the country of purchase at a Nidecker Authorized Dealer.

Nidecker Limited Warranty For Clothing, Bags & Accessories: Nidecker guarantees all apparel and accessories to be free from defects in materials and craftsmanship for a period of one hundred and eighty (180) days or the minimum legal in the country of purchase from the original date of purchase at a Nidecker Authorized Dealer.

The warranty is subject to the following limitations in addition to any imposed by virtue of applicable law.

All coverage under this warranty is void if any modification, change or alteration has been made to the product that is not specifically authorized in writing. Nidecker products are not covered by any verbal warranties.

Snowboard damage NOT covered by warranty:

- ROCK DAMAGE AND ANY OTHER IMPACT RELATED DAMAGE IS NOT COVERED.

- Any intentional damage or unintentional damage caused by the rider's carelessness, abuse, misuse, or neglect.
- Impact damage such as from the rocks, stumps, rails, etc.
- Any damage caused by, related to, or resulting from modifications made after purchase and not authorized by Nidecker.
- Stress cracks in lacquer and non-structural cracks on used snowboards.
- Scratches, chips, and/or indentations in the topsheet.
-Graphic fading, discoloration, or other aesthetic blemishes that do not impair performance.
- Abrasion.
- Minor base irregularities, including base dimples in binding insert area.
- Damage caused by improper mounting or adjustment of bindings.
- Damages caused by using improper length of binding mounting screws.
- Improper rider-board match (i.e. too much weight on a too short board.
- Spinning or stripped inserts caused by improper mounting of binding hardware.
- Damages incurred in shipping.
- Damage caused by use of solvents, adhesives or LOC-TITE®.

Snowboard defects accepted for warranty claims:

- Structural cracks and water infiltration on top laminate, base, core, or sidewall due to improper lamination.
- Topsheet, edge, sidewall, tip and/or tail protector delamination.
- Tip and/or tail radius lacquer cracks causing a loss of adhesion to top surface.
- Insert cracks, structural cracks, or water infiltration around the inserts.
- Spinning or stripped inserts (not caused by improper mounting of binding hardware).

ALL WARRANTIES IMPLIED BY STATE LAW, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE HEREBY LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THE WRITTEN WARRANTY. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. WITH THE EXCEPTION OF ANY WARRANTIES IMPLIED BY STATE LAW AS HEREBY LIMITED, THE FOREGOING EXPRESS LIMITED WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, GUARANTEES, AGREEMENTS AND SIMILAR OBLIGATIONS OF MANUFACTURER OR SELLER. THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.

Binding damage NOT covered by warranty :

Loss of mounting and assembly screws.
Destroyed or stripped mounting or assembly screws due to the use of incorrect screwdriver.
Impact damage such as from rocks, stumps, rails, etc.
Any damage caused by, related to, or resulting from modifications made after purchase and not authorized by Nidecker.
Scratches, chips, and/or indentations in the bindings/straps.
Graphic fading, discoloration, or other aesthetic blemishes that do not impair performance.
Damage caused by improper mounting or adjustment of bindings.
Damages caused by using improper length of binding mounting screws.
Damages incurred in shipping.
Damage caused from chairlift impact.
Damage caused by use of solvents, adhesives or LOC-TITE®.

Boot damage NOT covered by warranty :

Material abrasion from normal wear and tear.
Damage caused by snowboard edge (including resting board edge on boot while riding chairlifts).
Scratches, chips, and/or indentations in the boots from the bindings or other sources.
Impact damage such as from rocks, stumps, rails, terrain etc.
Any damage caused by, related to, or resulting from modifications made after purchase and not authorized by Nidecker.
Graphic fading, discoloration, or other aesthetic blemishes that do not impair performance.
Damage caused by improper mounting or adjustment of bindings.
Damages incurred in shipping.
Damage caused by use of solvents or adhesives.
Damage and/or excessive wear from the use of snowmobiles.
Damage caused by excessive and continuous heat and/or water.

The BOA® Fit System is tested rigorously in the most extreme and demanding conditions. The system is designed with a bayonet and cartridge system, allowing the dial to pop off and back on in high-impact situations without causing destructive damage. Wherever life takes you, BOA® won’t let you down. In fact, they guarantee it. The BOA® Fit System is guaranteed for the lifetime of the product on which it is integrated.

If a product is found to be defective by Nidecker, in its sole discretion, Nidecker's only responsibility shall be limited to repair or replacement of the defective product.

In the event an exact product replacement (model, size, and/or color) is no longer available, we may replace your product with one of comparable performance, size, and value. This also applies to replacements parts.

Repaired items will be subject to available parts. We will do our best to match colors and styles be we cannot guarantee that you will receive the exact same product back.

Repaired or replaced products are covered for the remainder of the original warranty only.

Customers or Dealers (as appropriate) are responsible for shipping charges to submit boards for warranty inspection. Return shipping cost for valid claims will be covered by Nidecker.

Your product does not need to be registered for warranty, but you will need a valid proof of purchase from an Authorized Nidecker Dealer to pursue your warranty claim.
