The Glass-filled Nylon rockered baseplate, with PowerBeams and EVA heel-pads, is supportive and energetic, yet also playful and forgiving enough for full days on the mountain. The hiback is medium-stiff and connects to the baseplate with the PowerTriangle cable, which maximizes energy-transfer for linking effortless toe and heel turns. The ComfortFit PowerStraps are formfitting and supportive, and like all Flow PowerStraps they don't need to be worn overly tight. This minimizes excessive pressure-points which cause painful and cold feet, yet they maximize comfort and power-transfer. Getting in&out of Flow SpeedEntry bindings is super easy through the reclining hiback. And the LSR-ratchets are easy to use, and they lock down to keep your straps at the same tightness from your first run of the day till the last.
