Pro Program

The Nidecker Pro program allows access to pro level pricing for certain categories of industry professionals. If you would like to request access please contact us here. 

Please be sure to provide any documentation showing authorized dealer employment or guide credentials.

How to redeem your code

Nidecker Pro program discounts cannot be combined with any other offer advertised on nidecker.com including shipping discount promotions.

Code expiration date

Programs are annual and run from fall to summer. Codes issued in previous years expire - you may need to reapply annually if your Pro membership doesn't renew automatically. 

Personal use

Products purchased through the Nidecker Pro program are for your personal use only. Any person found to be attempting to resell or otherwise re-distribute products purchased through the Nidecker Pro program will have future access privileges revoked. All Nidecker Pro program orders are monitored. If you have friends or family interested in Nidecker product, please refer them to their local Nidecker dealer or Nidecker.com.

Code limitations

The code used to activate your Pro account works once, although repeat purchases can be made using that same account. If you get a new email address, please reapply to the program.

Returns

Every item we sell has a 30 day return policy from the purchase date. If your new and unused item doesn’t work out, you have 30 days to return for a refund. For US and Canadian returns the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

For EU and UK returns we will provide you with a shipping label free of charge.

All items must be returned in original condition, including manufacturer packaging, tags, documentation and all accessories. Returns will be refused (or a restocking fee will be applied) if items arrive used or damaged due to improper packaging. Please ensure returns are carefully packaged, and do not use manufacturer boxes for shipping back bindings. They must be placed within a separate shipping box.

When ordering Nidecker products, please use the sizing charts to determine the correct size. Keep in mind that ordering multiple sizes and returning a large part of your order has a big environmental impact due to the excess shipping and packaging.

For US and Canada - All discounted items sales are final and do not qualify for a return and refund.
